   a. Employers: JobsForm allows employers to post job listings and receive applications from job seekers. Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their job postings.

   b. Job Seekers: JobsForm allows job seekers to apply for job listings posted by employers. Job seekers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their applications.


5. Disclaimer of Warranties

   JobsForm is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of JobsForm or the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content.


6. Limitation of Liability
